How we work
Garage doors are simple machines with a few parts that carry enormous loads. Most of the problems we see in Westminster, Thornton and Arvada come down to springs that have reached the end of their cycle life, cables and rollers worn by dust and temperature swings, or doors that were never balanced properly when they were installed.
Our technicians are trained on torsion and extension systems, all major opener brands and the doors we install from Clopay, Amarr and CHI. Every van carries the common springs, cables, rollers, hinges, seals and opener parts, which is why most calls are finished in a single visit.
We do not pay commissions on sales, so nobody on our team has a reason to talk you into a new door you do not need. If a repair makes sense, we repair. If it does not, we explain why and give you options at different price points.
