Our tune-up takes about an hour. We tighten hinges and track brackets, lubricate springs, bearings, hinges and steel rollers with garage-door-rated lubricant, test spring balance, inspect cables and pulleys, check the bottom seal and perimeter weather stripping, and adjust opener force and travel. You get a written checklist with anything that needs attention ranked by urgency.
