Prices quoted on this website are typical ranges, not binding offers. Your price is confirmed in writing after an on-site inspection and before work begins.
Service calls
The diagnostic fee is waived when you approve the recommended repair during the same visit. After-hours emergency visits carry an additional fee, disclosed before dispatch.
Warranty
Repairs carry a one-year workmanship warranty from the date of service. Parts, openers and doors carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from impact, misuse, weather events or work by others.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Deposits may be required for special-order doors.
