A 16x7 double door jumped its tracks after a cable snapped, kinking two sections.
The homeowner in Arvada called after the left lift cable snapped while the door was opening. The door twisted in its opening, the rollers on one side left the track and the two middle sections folded where the door bound against the jamb.
We secured the door, released the spring tension and lowered it safely. Two sections were bent beyond straightening, so we ordered matching raised-panel sections in white, replaced both cables and the drums, and installed a new length of vertical track. On the second visit we hung the new sections, rebalanced the springs and adjusted the opener so the door runs straight and quietly.
